In 2013 the Trustees embarked on some major works to the Archives. The two small offices and the adjoining corridor on the ground floor were knocked into one, providing a welcoming entrance area and meeting room. Upstairs two secure storage areas for the unique, original documents from the Isleworth Works together with a spacious area to accommodate visiting researchers were constructed.
The main exhibition area was given a face-lift including an impressive photographic display wall, descriptive panels and a time-line, in the style of a race circuit, to provide a quick overview of the history of the marque.
At the end of all of this work the Archives put on a splendid Open Day in August 2014 which saw the car park full of Frazer Nashes, GNs and other exotica, with a happy buzz of approval from all visitors throughout the day.
